Washington, DC – The Alliance for Aviation Across America today applauded Governor Doug Burgum for recognizing March as “Aviation Month.” The aviation and aerospace industries annually contribute $3.6 billion to North Dakota’s economy.

“In North Dakota, general aviation and our network of airports support the livelihood of businesses, towns, cities, and farms across the state and country,” said Devin Osting, interim executive director of the Alliance for Aviation Across America. “We thank Governor Burgum for his leadership in recognizing the importance of general aviation and look forward to further working with him and other leaders to support these aircraft and our network of airports.”
