The Alliance Commends Oroville Mayor Spieth for Declaring February ‘General Aviation Appreciation Month’
Washington, DC – The Alliance for Aviation Across America today commended Mayor Chuck Spieth of Oroville, Washington for proclaiming February “General Aviation Appreciation Month.” In Washington, the total economic output of general aviation is over $6 billion.
“Mayor Spieth’s proclamation helps highlight the economic benefits and valuable service that general aviation provides to Oroville and the state of Washington,” said Selena Shilad, Executive Director of the Alliance for Aviation Across America. “We sincerely thank the Mayor and the city of Oroville for recognizing this vital industry.”
