The Alliance Commends Wenatchee Mayor Kuntz for Declaring June ‘General Aviation Appreciation Month’
Washington, DC – The Alliance for Aviation Across America today commended Mayor Frank Kuntz of Wenatchee, Washington for proclaiming June “General Aviation Appreciation Month.” In Washington, general aviation contributes over 26 billion annually to the state’s economy.
“Mayor Kuntz’s proclamation highlights to the public the economic benefits and valuable services that general aviation provides to the state of Washington,” said Selena Shilad, Executive Director of the Alliance for Aviation Across America. “We sincerely thank Mayor Kuntz and the city of Wenatchee for recognizing this important industry.”
