The Alliance for Aviation Across America applauded Tennessee Gov. Bill Lee for recognizing March as “General Aviation Appreciation Month.” The aviation and aerospace industries annually contribute $40 billion to Tennessee’s economy.
“In Tennessee, general aviation and our network of airports support the livelihood of businesses, towns, cities, and farms across the state and country,” said Devin Osting, interim executive director of the Alliance for Aviation Across America. “We thank Gov. Lee for his leadership in recognizing the importance of general aviation and look forward to further working with him and other leaders to support these aircraft and our network of airports.”
