The Alliance for Aviation Across America is touting a new poll (http://bit.ly/1KUO50w ) that asked voters whether they oppose or support privatizing the nation’s air traffic control system.
Of the roughly 800 people surveyed, 30 percent said they “strongly support” or “somewhat support” privatizing, while 55 percent said they “strongly oppose” or “somewhat oppose” it.
In rating various federal agencies, about 67 percent of respondents said they think the FAA does an “excellent” or “great” job – a favorability just below that of the U.S. Postal Service and above four other agencies, including the Department of Agriculture and the TSA.
