BISMARCK — The North Dakota Aeronautics Commission on Thursday issued $2.7 million in grants to public airports throughout the state, including four local airports.
The Hettinger Airport will receive nearly $119,650 to go toward a $2.39 million primary runway rehabilitation and grading project.
The Glen Ullin Airport will receive $9,300 for a runway micro-seal coat and repainting, as well as a fuel system and pavement maintenance project estimated at $400,000.
The Beach Airport will receive $7,850 to go toward paving an access road and hangar taxiline, which is a $157,000 project.
The Mott Airport will receive $14,928 to go toward a nearly $300,000 road and parking lot sealing project.
