N.H. Department of Transportation officials from the Bureau of Aeronautics will to hold a meeting this month in Keene to present the findings and recommendations of a soon-to-be-released state airport system study.
The study assesses the current system that governs the 25 airports available for public use in the state and identifies recommendations for how the Department of Transportation can better meet the state’s aviation needs.
The Keene meeting, one of five scheduled in December and January across the state, is set for Tuesday, Dec. 16, from 5 to 7 p.m. in the Kay Fox Meeting Room of the Keene Public Library.
The meeting will include details about the report’s sections on inventory process, aviation forecasts, system performance, economic benefits and recommendations. It will also include a question-and-answer session.
