Governor Walker made a trip to the EAA grounds yesterday to highlight the economic impact on the Oshkosh area.
He says he also met with business leaders from the state’s aviation industry.
AirVenture provides about $110 million for the economy in the area. Walker says the state tourism department is trying to promote other attractions, to get people to stay in Wisconsin for a couple of extra days.
