FBO owner Sheltair on Nov. 13 will open Phase I of its master-planned, three-phase development project at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport.
Phase I includes 134,806 square feet of hangar and office space on more than 11 acres of land on the west side of the airfield. This is the first new general aviation facility to be constructed on the west side of the airport in more than a decade, according to Sheltair.
