A new study released Tuesday at the National Business Aviation Association convention in Las Vegas shows that the vast majority of companies seen as the world’s best make use of business aviation.
According to the report, which was compiled by NEXA Advisors LLC, 98 percent of the companies in the Top 50 of Forbes’ list of the “World’s Most Admired Companies” utilize businesses aviation.
Here are some other findings of the survey examining which companies use business aviation:
• 88 percent of the Top 50 on Forbes’ “Global 2000” list.
• 88 percent of Top 50 companies by revenues on Fortune’s “Global 500” list.
• 88 percent of all companies on the “World’s Best Multinational Workplaces” list from Great Places to Work.
The study also broke down the percentage of users by industry sector among the Top 20 on the Forbes “Global 2000” list and found that 85 percent of the pharmaceutical companies and all of the oil and gas and aerospace and defense companies listed use business aviation.
