Two Central Texas aviation companies, Georgetown Aviation Facilities LLC and Advanced Jet Services Inc., have filed for Chapter 11bankruptcy protection.
Both companies are owned by Blake Byram and list $1 million to $10 million in assets and liabilities, according to court documents. Both estimate they have one to 49 creditors. Neither have filed more specific breakdowns of their assets.
Advanced Jet Services and Georgetown Aviation Facilities list SouthTex Steel Construction as their largest unsecured creditor, with $24,000 owed to them. The two cases were filed separately.
