FORT WORTH, TX – October 7, 2011 – Savvy companies will posture for early start to 2012.
Aviation Search Group Director of Sales, Grayson Barrows, announced today the outlook for hiring activity in the aviation industry remains healthy, stating “Our Q3 stats clearly demonstrate our projections were on target.” The Group closed out Q3 of 2011 reporting a greater than 25% sales growth over 2nd quarter results. Barrows says “This increase is projected to carry through Q4 and into the New Year.”

What are the key factors to these projections? “A combination of things,” explains Barrows, “There has been an increase in demand for corporate flight department and business aviation personnel as well as positive indicators coming out of the finance and lease portion of the industry.”

Barrows goes on, “While demand from our clientele has steadily grown throughout the year, the active talent pool is diminishing. Our customers continue to rely on us to identify elusive talent, and these companies are smart enough to recognize the waning talent pool and are beginning to address their 2012 hiring needs now while top notch candidates remain available.”
Barrows emphasizes, “Our Q3 performance coupled with our projections indicate aviation companies need to start their searches now for January and first quarter openings.”
